While Joe was attending a business seminar, a few of us ladies did some shopping and threw our pennies into the Fontana di Trivi. Having a few hours free Joe and I took a cab (another unreal experience) to the St. Peter’s Basilica (Cathedral). What an experience! Then on to our small group private tour (5 or 6 people from 100) of the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel.  To walk through the empty museum to appreciate the priceless works of art in silence, impossible during public hours. Making this an unforgettable experience.  To cap everything off we had our farewell dinner in a private villa, Villa Miani, overlooking Rome and the Vatican. We were even serenaded by Three Tenors!
